Welcome to Volition Vocational. We provide vocational rehabilitation assessment, planning, counselling, and intervention services to assist people with disabling health conditions to address barriers and limitations to work, improve their functioning, and participate in vocational activities that promote well-being and quality of life. We assist people on their journey of accessing, maintaining, and returning to work. We empower you with tools for deciding on and committing to take action to achieve your career, employment, and work goals.
Vision
To be a leading vocational rehabilitation services company with a holistic and integrative approach to serving people and organizations in the Okanagan Valley and in British Columbia, Canada. We create a space where people can explore and discover their passion, purpose, and vocation; develop an understanding of their vocational needs and goals; and participate in activities for achieving their career, employment, and work goals.
Our hope is for all people we serve to improve their health and functioning in life (at home, community, and employment settings), to overcome barriers and limitations to productivity and work, and to have opportunities to participate in occupational activities that promote a sense of meaning, purpose, independence, well-being, and quality of life.
